Kris Sorbie

Kris wanted to create a modern interior renovation while updating the HVAC System. The 75 foot long apartment interior rooms had no natural light. The Kitchen was to be opened to the Living room and all interior finishes were to be replaced down to the door hinges. Concrete and Steel textured tiles were used in the bathroom and solarium walls and floors. A white oak wide plank floor 

was installed in the Living areas and Bedrooms
